This is a License Agreement (“Agreement”) between Mikhail Matveev (“Developer”) and you (end user), governing the use of the commercially licensed King Card Game application (“App”).

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, installation and use of the App, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for personal purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All the intellectual property rights associated with this App, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and patents, belong solely to the Developer. This license agreement does not function as a sale or transfer of the intellectual property rights.

4. Terms of Use

You are granted the right to install and use the App.

You may not share, distribute, lend, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties for commercial purposes.

You may not make any modification, reverse engineering, decompile, disassemble or derive source code from the App.

5. Termination

This license agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

By installing this App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement, and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THIS DISCLAIMER CONCERNS ALL FILES GENERATED AND EDITED BY SOFTWARE AS WELL.
